gillium here new today. looking for friends to meet up with that grow plants, might want to thin or share plants in seattle area especially. I had 7 tanks as a boy and shared lots of plants with fellow aquariasts and shops. i am very excited about all the new plants available. i have some cold water fish only and will get there but now it's just plants!

well, yes, it isn't clear where the forum is found, intro or otherwise. I am unfamilkiar with any forums so count me as a greenback. pressingpost reply was confusing as nI was not replying to anyone, or didn't need/want toonce pressing post reply there wasn't anything obvious that let me know it posted. there was some reference to icons to activate the quick reply, huh. which icons, and which quick reply. so honestly i am baffled. It isn't easy to get back to the forum for replies back. when you sent two back I couldn't get to see the second after opening the first. I'm just not nerdy enough I guess. it does leave me unwanting to do anymore communication because of it's obscurity. Hope you get this message and that I am able to view a reply. Gil Gillium oh and what is the box "quote message in reply"? and what happens when i press Go Advanced?

Hi, can't answer your specific questions, but if you go to this address>
http://www.aquariacentral.com/forums/
you should see a list of all the forums. ( each forum =different topic)
If you start from that page, and just explore, it should get easier to navigate with time.

There is one forum specifically about aquatic plants. I bet you will love that one.

The way to start a new thread ,or to respond to a post is the same in any forum.

good luck!

hmmm, The "post reply" button will allow you to type a a"response" within a "thread"
this is what you have just done.
after you typed, you hit submit and you were then looking a what you just posted. you are looking at it just where it appears in the thread, where everyone else sees it. ... i will send you a private message to continue this convo or try this:
