does anyone use, or has heard of formula ONE marine Pellet food. It has garlic and other nutritious stuff. I have been feeding them this in the morning but they do not like it yet and will not wat it. I sure hope they will, i am just going to give it time. the company is Ocean Nutricion.

I use them for my flame hawk on occassion as a supplement. They fall quickly to the bottom if left whole without soaking them first. I prefer this because I can play catch with my flame hawk. :dance2: I have a powder blue tang, royal gramma, green chromis, lawnmower blenny, and bar goby but none of them eat them other than the hawk.

to be honest with you mate, i got this when i first got my tank, and it is still full. the only thing that eats it in my tank is the clowns, because this is what the lfs was feeding them and some of the hermits. maybe you might want to try other alternatives like frozen and fresh food.

sorry forgot to mention that the clowns only eat it if it is floating, never of the bottom , i dont why.
 
my fish love frozen formula one but as far as the pellets, my fish prefer the formula two variety, even my picky flame angel

thanks for the replies. My two clowns are now eating it, the chromises wont touch it.
 
My chromis didn't like it either. The guy wanted nothing to eat other than the cleaner shrimp, which is why he now now gone...
 
My fish like the formula 2 but I have never tried the formula one. I think the one I have is a good product!!
 
its a good product but it releases so much phosphates into the water and if even a few pellets go uneaten they can cause an ammonia spike. if u feed them do it in moderations and dont use it as a staple food, but thats just my opinion form feedback form customers as well as using it in my old work. plus frozen foods that are supplemented or even fresh sea food is much better for them in the long run.
