in my never ending quest for snails for my puffer, i thought i'd ask the plant people who sells the most plants. they would surely have the most pond snails hanging around wouldnt they?

Most of the big plant retailers have a minimum order of say 25 bucks or so, that is alot of snails. Check out http://www.aquabid.com/cgi-bin/auction/auction.cgi?fwsnails
theres alot to choose from and they are pretty cheap.

just pond snails. my lfs has apples and ramshorns on the 'do not sell under penalty of law' list. so all i'm looking for is little round, not too hard, legal feeder snails.
a person i met thru aquabid has offered 150 at an unspecified size for $40 including shipping. might have to try that deal for now. need to get back with them and make sure they aren't ramshorns though.
