The Ph in my tank is testing so high it is off the scale, (goes up to 7.6)I have well water.
This is a 10 gallon tank with 2 fantail goldfish in operation about 2weeks ammonia nad Nitrites are normal.
Should I attempt to bring the PH down, the fish do not appear stressed or anything....

By normal I assume you mean ammonia and nitrites are 0. PH usually isn’t as big of concern as many think. I have a friend here who also has high pH out of a well. The consensus seems to be its better to adapt your fish to your tap water conditions rather than using chemicals continuously. If you introduce new fish though you may have to drip acclimate them to your water rather than just throwing em right in though.

PH at my house is very very high, 8.6 when bypassing my water softener, 8.2 when using my water softener. I've had fish that can't take it and some of my fish don't "seem" to mind it. I think it depends on what they get use to.
