Gourami with cloudy eyes

This morning my gourami seems to be doing okay. He still has some ich spots but is eating and acting normally. It's funny because the LFS said gouramis should be kept in pairs at least, becuase they are very shy by themselves. Well, since his buddy has died, he is the opposite! When I turn the light on he has figured out that light=food and will swim up to the feeding compartment(usually he is there already waiting). I can put the tip of my finger in the water and he will swim over to me to investigate. It's pretty cute- he's not shy at all!!

I did notice this morning both of his eyes seem to have a white film or cloudiness that I didn't see yesterday. Any suggestions? :huh: Thanks!!

I just did a 50% PWC yesterday and the tank is only two weeks old.(I did a change last weekend also). Possibly it has something to do with the ich then? When the ich is gone should this clear up or could it take a different medication? Also just in case, water parameters are as follows:
pH 7.2
Ammonia: .25ppm
Nitrite:0ppm
Nitrate:0ppm
Temp 82 (for ich treatment)

I am doing another 50% water change today to try to get the ammonia down. Thankyou for the info!!

Liv2padl- Thanks for the info! I just changed the water and tested ammonia again. It is still reading .25ppm, it is a little lighter than yesterday though.
