So we started with a 15 gallon tank...then we bought a 10 gallon for my daughters room. My husband is now on his way home with a 125 gallon??!! This is going to be his new project :)

well we are going back and forth a bit. I REALLY like Oscars....my husband would prefer to go with a mix of African Cichlids - we will see :)
 
Iono anything about cichlids... can't you put the Oscars with them?

Actually no you can not put oscars with African cichlids. The oscars are central and south american cichlids and the africans are from Africa. They are from different parts of the world and speak different languages. They will not understand each other. They would never meet up in the wild.

As far as the new tank, good luck with it. Stocking it and coming up with ideas to stock is the fun part. Have fun with it and keep us updated on the progress of your new tank.

HA MTS!!!! I recently bought mine thats cycling and for some odd reason I keep looking at craigslist to see if I can find another great deal... This is addicting I think i need to work for the LFS.
