Not bad. Overrated for corner cleaning. Just as easy and quicker for me to reach in with a rag and wipe it all away in big swipes. Not that there is that much prefer to treat the cause of algae, not the result.

I like them for larger tanks where I cant reach the bottom. Small tanks, they're ok

I think they're worth it especially in bigger tanks. If you have acrylic tank though be careful with it because you can get gravel or sand in between the magnets and scratch up your tank.
