Which tank are they going in and how much light do you have?

The Ludwigia species and Alternanthera like medium-high light atleast.

In a 10gal, I want to do this really good. I dont have CO2 tho. Thus why im asking, currently haven't purchased the hood either, so what type of wattage am i looking at for either of these packages of plants.
