I am getting ready to place an order with big Als, so tell me what I missed, and if I screwed up.

this will be a 30g Planted tank. I got 20 lbs of gravel locally so I don't need that, and lights will be ordered from AH.

Lights..? Hood...? Algae scraper...?

Lights will be from AH-supply, with one of their enclosures.

things like algea scraper are why i asked. :help:

And just got thinking....

You'll need buckets (which are not used for anything else) and a Siphone kit for water changes.

And a gravel cleaner...

And a timer switch for the light...

And a mulit-socket for all the plugs....

And something for your stress levels...cycling is scary...

Try and get sponge for filter and / or gravel from someone who already has a tank if you can...this will speed up your Cycle...

Do you have a stand for the tank?

I would also get something to check your phosphate/ silicate levels. Since its a Planted aquarium

Quick Cure to help with introducing new fish into the aquarium... And personally, I always keep 2-3 sizes of fish net. I have 2 that are the small size, but one I left square and the other I tugged on the bottom to make it longer and narrower to dodge around plants and decorations without disturbing them as much (I use the long one as my 'chaser' and the other I catch them with when they're busy fleeing the chaser net)

I thought the python was for water changes and gravel vac?

A camera to take pics to show us...
