I went to my lfs to pick up a rubberlip after comparing it to the bristlenose. The problem I now have is the lfs does not recommend putting only 1 in an established community and didn't want to sell me just one when I told him about my setup and told me I should add 2 to give them a chance. I'm not sure if I want 2 plecos in my tank. At the time I wasn't thinking to ask him but if I added 2 small "1to1-1/2 inch" electric yellow labs and 1 rubberlip would that work the same as adding 2 rubberlips.
Also was he giving me correct information or just trying to sell more fish?Thanks for your input.
