I am looking for a good cleaner fish that will keep the glass and bottom clean of any left over food but will not harm plants.
Any ideas I was thinking maybe 2
Striped Raphael Catfish (Platydoras costatus)

This is what I have right now.
6 large clown loches (getting 4 more)
1 large Green severum
1 large Polypterus endlicheri endlicheri (bichir)
3 tinfoil Barbs
2 Siamese Tigerfish

I am also planning on adding 2 rope fish.
Then that should be it.

how about some ottos or some bushy nose plecos?

Not sure how the bushies are gonna be with the plants, but if the severums don't get to the first :)

Now, I'm not familar with some those fish you have listed, but once they get full grown your tank mightr be a little cramped.

Thank you for the reply, But the Bichir will eat the ottos and Bushy noise pleco ( if he is small)

he has eaten 2 of my tinfoil bars that were 4"
Bichirs hunt at night and have bad eye sight but for some reason the silver shinny fish all ways go first.

now i am worryed about my clowns geting eaten

Yikes! That's a mighty hungry fish you got there :)

What about a sailfin or common pleco? I know some people return them when they are too big. You might be able to find a nice full grown one. they commons get about 12-18 inches and the sailfin get about 24 inches. that maybe too big for a 90 gallon tho.

How about some minnows? For feeders, that is.

The problem with any sort of clean-up crew in that tank is the presence of the bichir...you will have to get them at sizes near "middle" or "large" (or what PetCo/PetSmart would call that).
