Just a couple quick questions about quarantining new fish.

I have a tank that is almost done fishless cycling and in the next week I will be picking up some fish for it(once it's completely done cycling).

With a new tank... should i quarantine these new fish before i put them in their main tank. ?

Should i treat them with anything before i put them in there?

Obviously if there are no fish in my tank now then I have no fish to worry about by not quarantining the new ones.

Any thoughts???

Thanks

since your tank is now empty, it will act as it's own quarantine tank when you add fish to it. the purpose of quarantine is to prevent new fish from bringing diseases into your already established tank and infecting the fish you have already.
