75 probably is a pretty good price for both stand and tank, especially if good quality. for instance, from walmart and petco, your looking at double that for walmart quality.

By full setup I assume you mean filter, heater, hood, etc? Seems like a good deal.

Have you tryed looking in ebay for a tank they have a few selectins there and links to other spots that sell tanks. But I find looking for tanks online seemed to be expesive compared to going to a store.
