If my guppy does not give birth soon I'm going to FREAK

OK I bought her and she was visably pregnant...I've had her for 18 days now...If the gestation is only 30 days, why the HECK hasn't she had those dang babies yet?

Sorry, but these are my first guppies and will be my first babies ever, I'm all ready with my breeder net but she seems to just keep getting fatter and fatter. I'm al little anxious, can ya tell?

Does her tummy hang square down from her chin yet? How is she acting, still swimming around? I find they will find a top or bottom corner and just "sit" right before birth.

Actually she's been hanging out in the corner for several days now. Does the belly hang square from the chin? Sort of, I think...I just snapped some pictures of her and was going to post them but photoisland site isn't working right. Maybe later I will.. I keep thinking "Today's the day!" But alas, no babies :mad:

Just to make you jealous...my guppies gave birth acouple of weeks back now.

But its really just a waiting game...keep an eye on the gravid spot, as the darker it gets the closer she is to giving birth. A slight rise in temperature can sometimes provoke birth, but I wouldnt recommend it as you dont want her to drop her young prematurely.
