My 5 year old severum looked like she had a seizure, swam up to the top and hit the top and fell to the bottom and died. She had quit eating 4 days ago and did a little shiver or shake at that time. I am so sad. Does anyone know what might of happened. Sorry to say hi at such a sad time.

I don't know what could have happened, just wanted to say I'm sorry about your severum. :( I just got one recently and it's such a great fish, with so much personality. I'm sure she was very special to you.

Welcome to AC!

Sorry about your loss; it could have been old age or disease from stress caused by tank parameters.
