When to start feeding frozen food?

How old should fry be before I start feeding them frozen bloodworms, krill, and spirulina bbs? Mine are a little over a month old now and are still eating the first bits and crushed flake food but if I can I would like to start introducing other foods to them.

I'm not sure but what kind of fry.
I usually start feeding angels flake at about 6 weeks and as they grow(mouth size) chopped up bloodworms shortly after.

They are Aulonocara peacocks, they are doing good with the crushed flake food..I was just wanting to start adding other stuff too if I could.

6 weeks huh? So did I start them out to early?
