i have 5 mbuna (1.5 - 2in) in a 100 gallon tank with live plants how often should i do water changes in the first month , second month third month ect.

Hi, im by no means an expert but i test my water weekly and when the nitrate level gets around 50.0 mg per litre i change 20% of the tanks water. As for an idea of time frame around 10 to 14 days but this will depend on the amount fish, tank size and how often and how much you feed them. hope this helps.
