i have seen it being sold by the roll or foot at most pet stores.
Its that green flexible floppy stuff, that feels like a touriquate(sp)

Also sold at Lowes but you may be limited to tan coloring and not sure what sizes it comes in.

1/4" is probably the most ikely for air pumps and lift tubes.
