Great pics! My ruby reds jsut spawned yesterday although i missed the main event.

I realy want a A.saulosi but are hard to find around here. Maybe next time i will have some ordered in. Yours are beautiful :) Congrats on the babies

I just took my 5 inch A. saulousi male back to the LFS today...Beautiful fish like yours. Mine was more purple, but had a less extensive orange splotch. Beautiful fish.

why did you take him back? Mine will get more color as he matures. Hes only about 3 1/2" right now.

I took him back because I wanted to do something different than cichlids...Long story short I'm doing a planted setup for the first time.

Them are some beautiful fish and pics. The lfs had one last weekend that someone traded in. The only problem was all my tanks were full and the SO said no to another tank.
