Going bad favia?

Hey guys. My favia seems to be losing its color as it seems? I just noticed that some small parts of it is turning kind of pale or seems to be losing color. Is this normal and will it come back? Thanks guy I know I had alot of questions lately. Just want to keep my tank in check.

thats not normal...sign of something going wrong...bleaching it is called. could be that its being stung or that phosphates are hight of that the water is far from prime condition. it can heal if conditions are improved and supplements and vitamins are added.
