I know i know, dont buy a fish without first knowing about it. But this one jsut reayl striked me....but i cant find out what fish it is.

Yep definitly Melanochromis Auratus, its a female too! the males look the same but have more dark blue coloring then the yellowish brown. i would watch out for aggresive from them they a know to be little nasty buggers (well most melanochromis species are)

Yup, definately aggressive, I had three, they are now at my Moms house in her 200g tank. Apparently, 55g wasnt enough room for them, or at least they thought so:huh: They have attitudes as well.
its an auratus - I have 2 of them. agressive little buggers
