coral help please!

I changed the foam media in my filter yesterday, it needed it because the time line in the instructions recomended once a month and this was the first time i did this since i put my LR in on Feb 5th. By doing this it increased the flow in the tank. As a result my Hammer coral was getting blwn around a bit. So i slowed down the flow. I also did a 15%water change today but i noticed the problem before the water change. The hammer seems to be leaking a stringy liquid into the tank and it looks liek there is a rip in one of the hammer tips where this stringy stuff is coming out. I can not get a pic because it too fine. The coral is way smaller then usual. her eis a pic it has been doing great till i changed the filter media.

it could of just been a result of the flow changing, i cannot see that changing the media itself will cause this, As Andy said above, its probably just stress from the flow...

yup it was stress, this morning when i woke up it was better, thanks for the help, sorry to stress.
