i just bought some microsword, some corkscrew val and some pearlgrass....free shipping? wonder why...maybe only until they (the company) get bigger on ebay? If they send these plants alive, and they grow, then i may never leave my house to get my plants!

I have heard good things and bad things about the seller. There is a thread on plantedtank.net that discusses them. Some people have been sent the wrong plants, but they do correct it when it happens. Also, they have alot of non-aquatic plants for sale, so know what you are buying before you order it and it dies in your tank. ;)
I just made a big order myself (couldn't resist the prices)....so we'll see how it goes. :)

They have over 1000+ feedback on ebay, id say thats "pretty big" doubt its a big company, prolly actually on ran by one person like most ebay stores.

97% feedback is horrible over that many transactions. If you look at the positives there are plenty of those too that say plants arrived in bad shape so think of it being even lower.
That being said you can't beat it for $3 shipped and it looks like they refund if it arrives dead. I may order some stuff myself.

Yea if you pay for shipping its guaranteed live. I bet ya 90% of the people that said it arrived dead got FREE shipping. You get what you pay for is a great motto.

I was confused about their shipping.....you can pay for priority mail which they advertised for about $5....but when i made my order and was going to pay for priority, it was charging me about $8-10 for priority....so I just went with free shipping. I don't live too far from Texas, so hopefully my plants will be ok. ImAGMan...looks like you had a good experience with them. :)

I ordered two plants from him (Small sword, lotus) and they just arrived in good shape. Don't know if I would ever use first class for stem plants though. I have had priority mail come out as mush before after 3 days.

Doesn't look like it. I was going to buy some java mass from him as well if he had any. The driftwood plus an Anubias Nana is tempting though.

You guys ever thought of going into the swap/trade section and asking nicely for some java moss? It could work there are a lot of nice people who have extra(like me) that need to get rid of some. I have sent this stuff in the regular mail and it came through fine. Shipping cost? The price of a stamp. Not that much of a sacrifice to help a fellow hobbyist.

well my plants came in today....and let me say...man alive! I was kinda worried that since I live in IN that they'd be dead by the time they got here.....nope, they came just fine. The micorsword is looking a little weak, but I think it'll survive. They all the lookin healthy and green, yea they needed some trimming but they looked good!

I always feel bad asking for things from people, even really, really nice people. I did just by some from Mgamer20oo0, so hopefully that will be enough to get me started on some fry cover for my pregnant platy.

Wow, what timing. I'd decided to get into a planted tank since I finally have a non-cichlid tank. It's a 29g with gold neon rosy barbs and 3 tiger barbs. I spent several hours yesterday surfing for on-line plant recommendations since I live in an area scarce in such; decided to buy a package deal from Aquadise at ebay. Low light, nice variety, for 28 bucks (5%off). Hope they get here okay, thought it interesting that I found this thread today!!!! Ah serendipity . . . . still can't decide on fluorite, eco-complete, or any other substrate . . and no, in all the singular plants I found no Java Moss, although one of the packages includes it. Now to find someone who has too much . . .
Has anyone from Australia orded from Aquadise?
If so howed it go?

I got mine yesterday, they were yellow and slimy. I was sad that it took so long to get to me and that they were dead. I notified them, hope to get my money back.

Yea, sorry to hear that, but like all their auctions states, money back guarantee IF you upgrade your postage so im hoping you did that.. Cant argue about something that was free, the plants were not dead when they were shipped, but it was the time it took that killed them, which is the basis on whether or not you have a valid case with them, So basically did you upgrade or not?
