Need help with guppy...

This morning my male guppy looks really, really bloated. He's usually rather slender. He eats but I don't know if he's pooped, sorry to be so blunt. Why could he be like that? He's acting normally.

What are your ammonia, nitrite and nitrate readings?

Ammonia-0
Nitrite- I'd say midway between 0 & 0.25
Nitrate-5.0

It's a 5.5 gallon tank with a 10 gallon filter with 1 other guppy and 4 panda cories. I'm waiting for my 20 gallon to finish fishless cycle so I know I'm over stocked at the moment. 4 live plants and it's been cycled for about 2 weeks.
