First and foremost, thankyou to all that have helped me with

"HELP! Newbie in Trouble!".

On with the question....Is there anything to consider/worry about when adding more live rock to an already established tank.
 
Glad we could help you..

The only real problem that you can get is a mini-cyle starting up..I.E Ammonia source being entered into the tank from the new rock...and depending on how bad the ammonia is, could potentially cause ammonia poisoning if its really bad...

When purchasing additional live rock for your tank, add it a few lbs at a time to try and minimise this, and try and get as best cured you can...

If you wanted to play it really safe, you could mix up some salt water in a cheap Rubbermaid container w/ an airstone or small powerhead for circulation. Let it run its course in the container and then add it to your tank.

in addition to that there are also harmful hitchhikers like mantis shrimp and fire worms.
