they can also be red or green also. Scleropages formosus. Asia Arowana- they were banned from being sold for a long time because they became extinct. there are now fisheries that are breeding them and releasing them back into the wild freshwaters so they can thrive again. that is a beautiful fishie ...

that is certainly not an arowana. its a barramundi.

I am going to buy the barramundi at my LFS and spray paint it gold ! :)
