RO unit is up and running..what an ordeal....
ordered it from the Filterguys(got great customer service).
sent out UPS ..was suppose to get it last Friday..oh wait train delay...so Monday(today it is) yeehaw it finally shows uo..UPS guy says..oh good your here..(WTF) one of the corners got crushed(demolished) ..I can refuse this..(no way I need th RO/DI ..) he says no problem I noted it..let us knoe if there is any damage.. I open it up..crap a NPTF 90 on the membrane housing was sheared off..
To the hardware store I go..first stop...no can do..went to the Mclendons..yee-haw they have it..so I picked up a couple(just in case) and some tubing to boot until I can find a pipe I can tap.
20 minutes later..it's filling up the 50 Gallon container as we speak..:bday:
