20 gallon agressive tank

What fish could I put in a 20 gallon agressive tank? Would a frogfish and a dwarf lion work? Got this agressive tank idea from germanman:)
 
dwarf lion wouldnt fit in a tank that size
 
is it a 20 long? ATMR a dwarf lion may work if it's a 20 long. same with the frogfish as long as it is a frogfish species that doesn't get over 5". i'd do one or the other, but not both, since they are both messy preds.
 
So I can only have 1 fish in there? I was thinking of two. A combination of two of any of these fish. frogfish, lion, eel. So any suggestions on which of those 2 fishes if i can put 2 fishes in a 20 gallon?
 
How big are dwarf lions? My LFS has a lion, but it looks like a volitan and is about 6 inches long. I mgiht go with the frogfish because they I am sure they have one.
 
they can grow to up to 7'' and still pack a punch. my lfs had one, it was about 3'' and very cute, swimming aroud like he was the boss lol.
 
So either a lion or a frogfish will work?

do not get a volitan they get over 14 inches long only a dwarf fuzzy or dwarf zebra lion

its true they can but in aquaria they usually only reach 5 inches

id say lion. the frogfish can do well in smaller aquariums if properly taken care of but its hard to find the dwarf kinda and all the rest get 6+ inches.
