depending on the stocking density of your tank, and how established your power filter is, you 'may' experience a small spike in ammonia and nitrite. a water change will knock it down and it shouldn't be a problem for your fish if they are healthy. if you've been running an undergravel filter, you can expect to see a full recycle of your filter.
