So these are my readings as of this morning:
Nitrate: 0
Nitrite: 0 - .25
Ammonia: 0
PH: 8.3
Temp: 77
I've lost two hermit crabs as of today. I noticed two little bodies out of their shell in the tank and took them out immediately. Could this be from the Nitrite? Or maybe not enough to eat? I have 15 hermit crabs and 26 snails in my 75 gallon tank. Oh, and an Emerald Crab as well (he/she is gorgeous!)
Attached my new Seaclone last night, still haven't seen any foam. The manual says it could take days for it to start pulling foam into the cup. I had just started to get my old one to collect, but with tweaking on a daily basis. If there was stuff to pull out, it would do so even if its new right?
thanks all!
