White Spot Brook Pleco

Hey, do you guys know anything in any detial about the White Spot Brook Pleco? Like care, requirements, sexing, etc? I saw them at my LFS the other day, but I'd never heard of them before. Apparently they're L225 but planetcatfish.com has nothing on them.

Looks like it's also called the White Spot Rubber Pleco. Info for the rubber's is liekly going to be close--same family and all.
