we had gone over the stocking list of the 110 x(as some of you know)
I was looking at a bristletooth tomini tang , a powder brown tang and a couple clowns (percula or ocellaris).
she let me know last week that I had to be home by 11 on wed..
it was a box with these fish and a clean up crew..
after taking 4 hrs to acclimate the fish and cleaning crew(lucky I had a couple drip systems) all are making them selves at home..i am checking ammonia, nitrites daily in the event of a mini spike..the tangs have cleared weeks worth of algae growth..but seem to be pretty happy.
( I am taking a deep breath and will try and make the best of it)
I am studying about the tangs whenever I get a few moment(daily research.
I found that the powder brown likes spirulina enriched mysis as well as mixed seaweed.
the clowns seem to eat almost anything.
the Tomini seems to like to go after existing algae..but tonight decimated tha seaweed clip.
I must say tho that the marine fish are extremely beautiful and shy(except the clowns)
the clowns seem to be a distraction for the tangs..no aggression..just very interested. it s funny watching the clowns try and keep up with the tangs who seem to be built for speed.
