Tankmates for this Cichlid?

I know i post a lot of questions about Blood Parrots, but would they be ok with neons, guppys, platys, that kind of thing?

I hear some ppl keep them succesfully with those kind of fish, some ppl say they have slowish fish that are too fast for the BPs...

It would be in a 75g long, with plenty of plants and hiding spaces it couldnt get to (of course a few that it could, probably a cave :))

larger, tough tetras such as black skirts are great tankmates for BPs. BPs get big, around 8 inches, and may try to eat neons

Ok, i may set up a diff aquarium for them at work... would guppys be ok? or would they do better in the 15g with the neons?

IMO i dont see a BP eating another alive fish. There mouth in that deformed beak like thing "hence the name" My 2 have a difficult time eating anything that isnt floating on top of the water
