What is this on my fish (pic)?

This is my danio that is still covered with ich (we're on day 5 now of salt treatment). I just noticed last night that it has a white/red patch on its side - is this part of ich? Or something else now?

What do I do? BTW - the spots have pretty much left all the other fish - they're just lingering on this one...

Now, an hour or so later, the white patch is gone (and it looks like maybe the ich is finally dropping off a little too) and it's all red - looks like a big bloody scratch, but fish don't bleed, er, do they?

Looks like some type of wound, although I'm not sure what from. I'd try to keep the water really clean (do small water changes every 2 days). If it gets worse, try some Melafix. Good water quality should stop it from getting infected, so I'd only use the meds when needed.

melafix is all natural so i see nothing wrong with treating now
