I went to my local fish store to buy a simple timer for my lighting.

they had a marineland basic 24 hour timer. they rung it up at the register and it was $189.99. I was like "that's not right. haha. they def a major misprice". the clueless girl at the counter was like "I dont know. It's professional. Talk to the fish guys." I was like "you could buy a timer anywhere and its like 5-10 bucks. I'm not going to buy that! You should check into that." They just shrugged.

I looked it up when I got home. $6.99. LOL. Somebody messed that up. I was tempted to call them but who cares. Cracked me up. Thought I would share.

i forget where it was, but i had bought something and it wasnt in the register.. and the policy was that if it wasnt in the register, the price was $.01. so whatever it was that i got, i paid a penny for ;)
