Yeah, so I really have no idea why I didnt do this before. I added one of those Hagen CO2 kits to this tank to experiment a bit (and to show the wife I could do CO2 before I bought the presurized system from the 135 gallon). I'm really happy with the growth I'm getting now, it made a world of difference. Now I actually have to be diligent with my ferts :-)

Just a beautiful tank G. Very well done. I'm curious. How much light do you have in that puppy? And the 'reds' on the left look like Repens. Is that Sunset Hygro in the back right?

Bingo on the Repens, I have 3 stands of it in there. The finer leaved plant in the back right (its kind of obscured by the large stand of repens) is actually Rotala... I'm not sure what variety.

This tank has 2 x 23 Watt CF bulbs and 2 x 14 watt CF Bulbs. These are screw in type bulbs used for replacing incandescents, sort of a "poor mans CF". The bulbs are made by panasonic and are 5000k with a CRI of 88.

I'm going to replace the 14 watt bulbs soon with 23 watt bulbs, I want to reclaim them for my 7.5 gallon planted tank I am setting up.

That's really impressive.

The Hagen system -- was it the carbo-plus CO2 system? (The one with the CO2-producing block you hang inside the tank.) Did you find it easy to use?

Its the nutrafin setup, basically sugar and yeast fermenting. Its been very easy

Here is my newest tank, my 90 gallon. Its 3 feet by 2 feet by 2 feet, a nice home for my angels :-)

There are many amazon swords in there that I moved from other tanks, they have grown quite a bit since this picture was taken too but I don't have anything more recent. So far so good, the large swords are now about 16" across!

The angels don't try to snack on the Glowlights?

Another beautiful job, by the way. :D
