New cichlid in my tank

Just wanted to share my new cichlid just purchased from the lfs one hour ago. They sold it as a carpinte or green texas. Its approx. 7" and is already holding its own in my tank.

wow ever so beautiful my texas is probaly one inches bigger than yours. Your is great looking mine has gone really light with some darks spots. Good luck on a great fish !!!

He was 38.00 with tax in n.y. which I wouldnt have minded so much except I knew that he was a donation from a customer. They're so greedy!
