Hi,i kinda wanted to know which food is the best for these fishes.Sorry ah my country no midges since we live in tropical country

the angels should be nipping at flake at this age. if they do it's best to vary the diet a bit.

I would say that they're all good foods for angels and discus (maybe except for the baby fish). Add grindal worms or white worms and maybe flightless fruit flies to that and they'd be really happy.
The key in my opinion, however, is varying the diet. That is, not feeding too much of any one food in particular.

hmm maybe i should buy some tubifex but must clean it first.They are like sold in every lfs in my country!!!!

brine shrimp are so so. baby brine are best since they still have the egg yolk which is nutritious.
