Acro Mouth

Hi All, I've recently aquired a blue tipped acro. At the base of the branches is a small mound that looks like it belongs there and is part of the acro complete with tiny new branches. The mound has a small mouth that opens and closes in a steady rythm. Any thoughts? Sorry for the poor pic. Tried 10 times to get close enough to see the mouth.

not sure really..isnt it just a polyp mouth?
