Hi all, I just saw a few fast swimming worms in my tank, they can fight strong current very well attracted to the light ( moon light ) at night time, are they good or bad?

looks like a paddelworm to me. they are of no harm usually and they actually do some cleaning for ya. it could also be an advanced stage of a worm larva.
