Can there be too much flow rate or water movement inside a cichlid tank? I have two penguin350s and two powerheads that run an undergravel jet system, the two pumps have a combined rating of approx 500 GPH coming through seve diy undergravel powerheads. Is this too much? and also ive noticed that the pumps raise the temp in the tank about 8f Oh yeah the tank is only a 55.
