Hello everyone. I'm new to forums about keeping fish but definitely like the idea. I've already posted about a problem that led me to this place (about accu-clear). Anyway, I used to own a 60 gallon, mainly jack dempsey aquarium (her name was Ruby) about 10 years ago, and I had her for about 5 years. I just bought a 30-gallon tank about a year ago and have 2-3 cichlids in it. I keep it pretty tidy, but I've forgotten some aspects about maintaining the right balances in the tank.
