Mysis vs Brine

Just a quick question.

What is the big difference between Mysis shrimp and Brine shrimp?

I notice most people say that Mysis has more nutritional value . . . but why is that so, they are both shrimp right?

yes they are both shrimp but brine is mainly made up of protiens and a low mix of other nutrients... mystis has a nice load of other ,more better fillings than brine....

mysis basically for the above reasons is a better staple food.

A good feeding program will consist of at least several and hopefully more different foods so that the variety of foods with different strengths in nutrients, supply the wide range of nutrients your fish and other inhabitants may need.
