This is my first fish ever, a male betta. We havent picked a name out yet.

Indigo... 'Indy' for short, perhaps? Since he's such a lovely blue color? Or perhaps Azure (sounds like 'Asher' with a soft 'sh' sound) which is another blue color?

Magenta is a bright pink!!! That's a blue fish!!!
I say give it some kind of Japanese name.
I've had 3 bettas. Their names were: Blub, Sudoku, and Ticker.
I've known bettas named: Gill, Merger, Sushi & Ninja.

It has pink bits through the blue. I like pink :)

great fish, it won't be long now until the fish hook the fishman (u'll get into this hobby real fast lol) trust me, mine started out as a goldfish now i have a six foot tank and a four foot one to match lol. Congrats and Good luck
