kent isnt bad. but IMO, DT's is the best.
you can jsut add it to a tank or use a syringe to target feed. But if you are feeding any mollusks, dont target feed. that oculd actualy kill them. if you want to keep the nutrients low, you can bowl feed. put some phyto in tank water in an external bowl and then put whatever is being fed inside the bowl for a while.
what are you looking to feed? despite what many LFSs tell me, there arent too many things that can injeest phyto, and even fewer corals that need them.

a agree with fishieness DTS the best IMO...i use the kent sea squirt to spot feed my corals and then add a bit to float around for the clams since they dont like spot feeding.

I have a question. I primarely use the DT's but I decided to try some frozen as a secondary by Ocean Nuitrition. Anybody have any experiance with frozen before. But I do agree that DT's is the best. Make sure you smell it though before leaving a LFS. I once went through my LFS's whole stock with a customer service rep and he agreed that they were bad too. Now they have a display case and I haven't smelled any bad ones yet. But anyway I would like to hear some opinions on the frozen if anyone has any. :)

also dexteryuen the phyto should be used by most those corals but the nems and zoos will need meaty foods as well for th zoos mysis or krill and fro nems silversides mysis and krill do good. some say feed nems often but they grow fast then with good light they, in my opinion, need only be feed meaty foods every so often.

nothing there needs phyto. it is possible you may notice a difference in the leather and zoos (star polyps grow fast enough on their own. haha), but i honestly havent experienced much of a difference with those corals, if there was even a difference at all. They cant really injest the food, they just feed on the nutrients that are released as it decays.
i do agree with germanman though, it is usualy good to feed an anem every so often.
I am of the opinion that coral do not feed on phyto directly. Now, this is not to say that the addition of small amounts of phyto on a regular basis will not help the coral in your tank. I believe that the phyto is an important food source for the fauna, microorganisms, copepods and amphipods and the like that do become a food source for coral and certain fish.
As for directly feeding coral, I am a huge fan of Coral Frenzy and Cyclopeeze.

it depends on the coral. for the most part, yes, most corals cannot injesst phyto and it is mostly taken in by inverts such as clams, feather dusters, other bivalves and tube worms, etc. But some corals such as carnation corals do feed directly on phyto.
but yes, cyclopse eeze is my favorite too. followed closly by mysis :)
