Cycle change

I stopped with the Ammonia cycle and began just feeding the tank.

How much should I feed it daily?

Below are my readings, what is this telling the experts out there.

I just notice dates are off. My tank has been running since Saturday. Just feeding fish food. Not dosing with anything.

I stopped with the Ammonia. I became worried because the Ammonia is clear, it says no phosphates, has no other ingredients listed, but when I shook it there were bubbles. So I wanted to be safe vs sorry. I do plan to run carbon for about a week after cycle is complete and a 50% water change. But since I only dosed for two days I switched to feeding the tank fish food daily.

why was there such a big drop in the Nitrate?

i would imagine the bacteria kicked in and was doing what it is saposed to do.
