Another noob marine question

Hi,another noob question.

How long do i need to mature the tank then i can add live rock and corals???
What coral is also reccomended for a newbie like me???

Your live rock should be added right from the start, when you put in the sand and fill it with water...

Once the cycle is complete ( Ammonia Zero, NitrITE Zero, NitrATe >5 ), and water results stay thay way for minimum of a week constant, then you can start slowly adding some hardy corals like leathers and shroms...

polyps are also very good and so are zooanthids

i heard that most suitable hardy corals are,musroom corals,yellow polyp corals,toadstools and button coral.I was thinking of getting 2 yellow polyps and 2 button since they can reproduce and live under moderate lighting.
