Unless you happen to know someone locally who's currently hatching them, you aren't likely to find live ones f/s. You should be able to find eggs at your lfs or online, and simply resell them if you decide they're too much trouble to work with.
 
You can find the hatching kits super cheap at like a petsmart or something, the problem is, I don't think they live more than a couple days. They have the most nutritional value right after they hatch.

i have hundreds of adult brine shrimp that have been living for a solid 2 months in a 3 gallon bucket.
