i want to change 1/4 of my rock become life rock.... but... anemon has stay in the rock around 1 month..... how to replace the anemon???

Very difficult to remove an anemone from rock, unless it's not such a great place to be. So in saying that, anemone's will move around the tank until they find a favorable place, so, put the rock in front of a powerhead, or away from light, he will soon get up and find better pastures.
