Hi ijust purchaed a remora aquaclear skimmer for my 55g, and it constantly over flows foam out of the foam cup threw a little circular hole. Is this normal, and how can I fix it if its not. THanx

So, you got a new Remora skimmer?
Chances are, its not "broke in" as of yet. For the first couple of days, my Remora Pro's collection cup filled up within a couple of hours. You just have to monitor it; keep emptying it and monitoring it some more. It will eventually break in.
Raise the collection cup to its highest point initially. Once its broke in, you can dial in the appropriate height for how you want to skim. (wet, dry, etc..)

thanx, that makes sense. Just to make sure, the collection cup is on top of the skimmer? Or is it enclosed and all the foam coming out on top is overflow?
The collection cup has the black rubber band around it. You lower the black band on the cup, to essentially raise the collection cup. This should result in a foamier, more "dry" type of skim; or in your case, to allow you to run it longer until your skimmer has broken in.
